- Salvia (1 tablespoon).
- Thyme (1 tablespoon).
- Rosemary (1 tablespoon).
- Mint (1 tablespoon).
- Water (1 liter).
Preparation and use:
- Heat the water until it reaches boiling point.
- Add each and every one of the herbs
- Boil for five more minutes.
- Remove the mixture from the heat and let it rest for fifteen minutes.
- Strain the infusion and put it in the fridge.
- Before taking this infusion, you can add a bit of honey if you want for tast.
